1. Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays) within 1–2 business days of placement. Processing time does not include shipping or delivery days.
- Order Verification: We may contact you to verify order details (e.g., shipping address, payment information) before processing, which may extend processing time. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to invalid information, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an automated order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a “Shipment Confirmation” email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer shipping to all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are as follows:

- Remote Areas: Delivery to remote or rural locations may take an additional 1–2 business days beyond the estimated timeframe.
- Saturday Delivery: Overnight and Expedited shipping do not include Saturday delivery unless explicitly selected (additional fees apply). Contact support for Saturday delivery requests.
3. International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. Please note the following terms for international orders:
- Eligible Countries: Check our checkout page for a full list of supported countries. We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain regions due to customs regulations or logistical constraints.
- Shipping Methods: International orders are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail or UPS Worldwide Express. Estimated delivery times:
- North America (Canada, Mexico): 5–7 business days
- Europe: 7–10 business days
- Asia, Australia, & New Zealand: 10–14 business days
- Rest of World: 14–21 business days
- Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and shipping method. International shipping is non-refundable, even if the order is returned.
- Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. CCO Supplements is not responsible for customs delays, confiscation, or additional fees. We recommend checking your country’s customs regulations before placing an order.
- Prohibited Items: Some countries restrict the import of dietary supplements (e.g., prenatal products, herbal supplements). It is your responsibility to ensure the Products comply with local import laws. We are not liable for orders rejected by customs.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- Hazardous Materials: Certain supplements (e.g., those containing alcohol or pressurized components) may be subject to shipping restrictions. We comply with all carrier guidelines for safe transport.
- P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS Standard Shipping only. APO/FPO addresses are eligible for Standard Shipping (delivery time: 7–10 business days). Expedited and Overnight shipping are not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Quantity Limits: For large orders (≥ 10 units of a single product), we may split shipments or adjust shipping methods to ensure safe delivery. You will be notified of any changes via email.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a unique tracking number (provided by USPS or UPS).
- Track your order by:
- Clicking the tracking link in the Shipment Confirmation email.
- Visiting the “Track Order” page on our website (https://odwrnw.com/) and entering your order number and email address.
- Using the carrier’s website (USPS.com or UPS.com) to enter the tracking number directly.
- Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment. If tracking shows no activity after 3 business days, contact our support team.
6. Missing, Lost, or Damaged Shipments
- Missing or Delayed Orders: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time:
- Domestic orders: Contact us after 7 business days from the shipment date.
- International orders: Contact us after 14 business days from the shipment date.
- We will investigate the issue with the carrier and provide a replacement or full refund if the order is confirmed lost.
- Damaged or Defective Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund (including original shipping costs) at no additional cost to you.
- Do not discard the damaged packaging or product until the issue is resolved, as carriers may require inspection.
7. Shipping FAQs
- Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes are only possible if your order has not yet been processed. Contact us immediately at service@odwrnw.com with your order number and updated address. Once processed, we cannot modify shipping details.
- Do you ship on weekends or holidays?
No. Carriers do not deliver on U.S. federal holidays or weekends (except for select Overnight Saturday deliveries). Orders placed on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- What if I’m not available to receive my order?
Carriers may leave the package at your doorstep (if safe) or attempt redelivery. For international orders, customs may hold the package for pickup if you are unavailable.
