1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns
To qualify for a refund or return, the following conditions must be met:
- Time Frame: Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date (as confirmed by your shipping tracking information).
- Product Condition:
- Unopened, unused, and sealed products are eligible for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
- Opened or partially used products may be eligible for a refund only if the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or does not match the description on our website. We reserve the right to request photos or additional details to verify such issues.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid order number (found in your confirmation email) and proof of delivery.
- Exceptions:
- Products marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” (e.g., customized items, limited-edition supplements) are not eligible for refunds.
- Prenatal supplements (e.g., Garden of Life Oceans Mom Prenatal Fish Oil) may only be returned if unopened, due to health and safety regulations.
2. How to Request a Refund or Return
Follow these steps to initiate a return or refund:

- Include the following information in your request:
- Full name, shipping address, and contact details.
- Order number and delivery date.
- Product name(s), quantity, and reason for the return/refund (e.g., defective, unused, wrong item).
- Photos of the product (including packaging) if claiming damage, defect, or misrepresentation.
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved. Returns sent without an RA number will not be processed.
- Package the product securely, include a copy of your order confirmation, and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the return to the address provided by our customer support team. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product shipped, defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure delivery.
3. Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product (typically 3-5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we will confirm eligibility and process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account (processing times may vary by payment provider).
- Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our mistake (e.g., incorrect product, damaged during fulfillment).

4. Damaged or Lost Shipments

5. Cancellations

- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and you will need to follow our return/refund process.
6. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for defective or incorrect products. To request an exchange:

- Specify that you would like an exchange (e.g., replacement of the same product or a different product of equal value).
- Once your returned product is inspected and approved, we will ship the replacement product at no additional cost (for defective/incorrect items). If exchanging for a higher-value product, you will be invoiced for the price difference.

- All returned products are inspected for authenticity and condition. If a returned product is found to be tampered with, used beyond reasonable inspection, or counterfeit, we will not issue a refund and may return the product to you at your expense.
